Dantanmen is a noodle dish that originated in Sichuan, China, and is topped with spicy minced meat and shredded Chinese cabbage. Originally, it was served with soup, but it is said that in Hiroshima, it was arranged without soup. And our hotel serves it on a weekly basis.
Pour the Otafuku sauce over your favorite ingredients, mix well and enjoy.

Lemons from Hiroshima Prefecture, the largest producer of domestic lemons in Japan, are served with chicken broth ramen for a refreshing taste.
Ingredients such as red onion, tomato, mizuna greens, steamed chicken, and a little olive oil and pepper to finish. This is also a weekly menu, so please give it a try when you see it.
Nigome
It is a local Hiroshima dish that is characterized by the addition of adzuki beans, which is rare in simmered dishes, and is served on a weekly basis.
Since it is originally vegetarian cuisine, you can basically enjoy the original umami and flavor of the ingredients, mainly vegetables.
Navy Curry
This is Hotel Vista Hiroshima's original blended curry, named after Kure's famous naval curry.
On long voyages, sailors tend to lose track of the day of the week, so the Maritime Self-Defense Force has designated Fridays as curry days on many ships (although our hotel serve curry every day). Before long, it became popular among the general public as “Navy Curry”. Currently, various arrangements are being made depending on the region, and contests are being held.
Handmade and freshly baked bread
The bread for the buffet is not only ready-made, but is prepared from the dough the day before and finished on the day of serving.
Enjoy the savory flavors and textures that only freshly baked bread can offer.
Live kitchen with daily specials menu
The live kitchen in the back serves freshly prepared menus that change daily.
On weekdays, you can enjoy bacon and eggs, Hiroshima-style yakisoba, French toast, and omelets, and on weekends, you can enjoy tempura, Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, and Hiroshima's specialty, gansuage (a type of fried fish paste). . (Pictured is Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki)
