A must-try taste of Hiroshima

Enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with locally loved sauces such as Otafuku and Carp Sauce, or savor anago chazuke (grilled conger eel over rice with tea). The buffet also offers “Nikujaga Curry,” inspired by the local navy’s curry culture and Kure-born meat-and-potato stew.

For dessert, we recommend Chichiyasu Yogurt—the first yogurt ever sold in Japan, with over a century of history—and Momiji Manju, a popular souvenir.

Beloved local soul foods

With the hope of offering guests an enjoyable way to experience Hiroshima’s culture through breakfast, our menu features flavors that have been loved by locals for generations.

Highlights include Gansu, a chili-flavored fish cake also found in school lunches; Hana Sausage, shaped like a cherry blossom with a mild taste; and Shamoji Kamaboko, modeled after Miyajima’s traditional rice paddle.

Live kitchen & daily and seasonal specials

At our signature live kitchen, enjoy freshly prepared dishes made right before your eyes, such as tender, juicy beef sirloin steak, thick-cut bacon, and fluffy pancakes, with offerings that change daily.

The buffet also features daily and seasonal specialties, including lemon pot-au-feu with a pleasant tang and “ume udon,” noodles kneaded with Japanese plum for a vibrant color. Every morning brings a new taste to discover.
